MF: Random Favs 2014 part 1

Here's the first part of Favorites video...there was just too much to share with you guys so please stay with me here, alright!?

So let's get to it!

1) Scary things that happened to me? (not really a favorite is it?!)
- That one scary ride with the skidoo
- being broke and jobless as a backpacker on the other side of the world
- huge ass spiders!!!

2) Foods/recipes I liked?
- Corn Frittas

Ingredients:
2 eggs (well beaten)
1 1/2 cups self-raising flour
2 cans whole corn niblets
salt and pepper
Optional:
cheese
tomato
onion
bacon
etc

Method:
Add flour to eggs and make it into a batter with liquid drained from cans of corn. Add niblets, salt and pepper for taste and anything els you feel like. I loved adding cheese, tomatoes and onion.
Stir it well and then fry them on pan like little cutlets. But yet again the shape and size is up to you. :D
