Estonian designer Lilli Jahilo launched a new collection and I was invited to the show.
One of the editors of
Stilist.ee invited me there as a photographer. Once again thank you Getri, it was loads of fun. :D
The show took place in this amazing venue. It was actually a modern furniture store. There were flowers hanging from the ceiling, waitresses were running around offering the guests champagne, olives and 10 different kinds of cheese. Nice music and chill lighting. One thing I really liked was the bright lights that were turned on for the show. Amazing to take pictures for.
Snow white carped runway's plastic was removed right before the models came on.
Lights, music, cameras.....ACTION!!
Models' make-up was very light, mat and mostly with coral tones.
The hairdo was cute and sth I would love to master.
There was all together 20 outfits, 19 dresses and 1 pantsuit.
Most dresses had exactly the spring/summer vibe to it. With all the floral prints, mostly light breezy colors and also some more popping colors. They were vintage and retro style and more on the classy side. Something you could were to more formal summer event or a party. Definitely love the bows on the back of the neck and on the waist line. Also loved the idea of the last white dress.
And Lilli herself is just soooo gorgeous that she should have walked that runway as a model!
And we also ended up getting a giftbag and in mine there was this beautiful burgundy red nail polish by Couleur Caramel. Exactly the tone I've been looking for. :D
